Shipping Info

Our primary goal is get your wholesale merchandise to you as safely and quickly as possible. Here is some general information about our shipping policies:

Most orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within 24-48 hours, though some items may occasionally take longer, especially during peak times like Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th and Veteran's Day. Shipping is calculated during time of checkout and we offer you the option of selecting a preferred delivery speed. In addition to USPS, we also use UPS and Fed-Ex for shipments.

Need faster shipping? We can usually do it! On the last page of our online order form, just before you submit your order, you will see an area for “Special Instructions”. This is an area, where you can type in a note such as a “must-have by date.” If any additional charges apply, we'll give you a call or send you an email to let you know.

Order Confirmations and Order Receipts An order confirmation and receipt are e-mailed to you shortly after you place your order. This will come from Precision Marketing Solutions, Inc., our parent company. Please be aware some “spam blockers” block these receipts.

Shipping Notification You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped and depending on the type of shipping you selected, you will receive a tracking number. You may also check the status of your order anytime by emailing or calling us.

Holiday Shipping We do our best to pack holiday orders as fast as possible. During Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Christmas and other special occasions we post updated shipping information at the top of this page.
